Winnersh Triangle Park and Ride

This may have been discussed previously in which case apologies. The P&R service will move temporarily to Thames Valley Park from Winnersh Triangle while works are ongoing, starting 29th November until Christmas at least, and renumbered as route 400. There are arrangements for people who have tickets already to use 4 or X4 buses if they want to reach Winnersh.
