I'm fascinated to see what will be improved in the Oxford Road. Clearing away the clutter and rubbish would be a start.

Perhaps if they want to restore historic features to Oxford Road - they could re-erect the trolleybus wiring!

Yes I shall be wearing my black armband on 3rd November.
Mind you I have ridden on a couple of Reading trolleybuses - albeit on a museum circuit rather than along Oxford Road.

As usual East Reading doesn’t get anything from this!
Oxford Rd is being done again and yet there hasn’t been anything like this done on our side of town since that was revamped all those years ago!
It’s taken / took quite a few years just to get some of the roads done, many haven’t been touched in the last 20yrs and it shows with how bad they are now!
