That is normal thinking, developers & councils can't do that, makes their little brains hurt. It's just do & stuff the consequences.

So you think that a rational response to not having enough roads and schools is not to have enough houses either, thus making people sleep on the streets, or on their friend's couches, or whatever. Not entirely sure I buy that logic.

Agree. If we didn't have all these flats going up everywhere I wouldn't begrudge a development like this.
But it's all about piling em in - getting their council tax, meanwhile existing residents have to suffer whilst the council take away leisure facilities, balls up our roads and have increased waiting times at the RBH and doctors....
